Diebold Nixdorf has announced that it has been selected to manage the self-service banking operations of Langley Federal Credit Union (FCU). The all-inclusive outsourcing agreement will improve ATM and branch channel efficiency and provide convenient and modern self-service banking for members.
The credit union hopes to replace its entire fleet with DN SeriesTM devices while implementing the full suite of DN AllConnect ServicesSM.
Langley is a leading credit union in the U.S. The union says it keeps looking for avenues to increase the value of membership via innovation.
Credit Union will be paying a monthly fee to Diebold Nixdorf for the maintenance of its ATM as a service model. The monthly fee is also for the equipment and other services it will be receiving.
The ATMs Will Be Linked to DN AllConnectSM Data Engine
Diebold Nixdorf will take charge of all the operations, which include security, compliance, event management, implementation, transaction management, and cash management. The approach will improve ATM channel and branch efficiency, which will maximize expected value and convenience for credit union members. The solution’s deployment is expected to be complete by July 2022.
The new DN Series ATMs will be integrated into DN AllConnectSM Data Engine. It will also involve the aggregation and optimization of technical data using developments in machine learning and cloud computing. This will enable Diebold Nixdorf to produce personalized and actionable insight for each device.
This reduces the number of resolution time and incidents, significantly improving ATM availability.
The Outsourcing Will Provide Clients With a Convenient Banking Experience
Vice President of Operations at Langley Federal Credit Union, Jeff Gehris, commented on the integration. He stated that the union decided to give Diebold Nixdorf the control and management of its self-service fleet due to the company’s innovative nature, which makes them far ahead of others. By outsourcing the union’s operations and replacing its fleet with DN Series ATMs, it will be providing clients with modern and convenient banking experiences.
